Calometric Ventures was founded to bridge a gap that exists in too many industrial operations: the distance between ISO documentation and real-world system performance. Registered as a Free Zone company in the UAE, we operate at the intersection of engineering execution and quality compliance — delivering services that are technically grounded, internationally traceable, and operationally sustainable.

Our work spans calibration laboratory management, process control instrumentation, project execution, and ISO quality systems — across Oil & gas, FMCG manufacturing, facility management, and industrial sectors. Founder Story

Some professionals know compliance from the classroom. Snehal knows it from the field — from the inside of accredited laboratories, from instrumentation panels on offshore rigs, from shutdown floors in Middle East and commissioning rooms in Oil fields.

With over 16 years of international experience across instrumentation engineering, process control, calibration management, and ISO-driven quality systems, he has built a career defined by technical precision and disciplined execution.

Founder Profile

Snehalkumar Charkha holds a B.E. (Hons.) in Electronics & Instrumentation from BITS Pilani — Dubai Campus, one of India’s most respected technical institutions — providing him with a rigorous engineering foundation that has underpinned every role he has held since.

His career has taken him across Middle East, Africa, and global markets — leading complex projects for some of the world’s most demanding industrial clients.

As Technical Manager at an Accredited Calibration Laboratory in Dubai for nearly 16 years, he built and ran an internationally accredited calibration laboratory, achieved ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accreditation for labs in both Dubai and Kenya, and directed large-scale instrumentation projects for clients including including ADNOC, Saudi Aramco, PDO, QatarEnergy, KOC, Shell, BP, TotalEnergies, SABIC, Yokogawa, Honeywell, Emerson, Siemens, L&T, Petrofac, TechnipFMC, Schlumberger, and Baker Hughes across the GCC and beyond.
